My "old as time" AC unit finally went down a few weeks ago after years of other contractors coming out and patching my 20 year unit with band aids. My husband and I knew it was time for a new unit.  A friend told me about Alber and I had them come out for an estimate. They were very responsive and got back to me right away. When they came out for the estimate, they first did EVERYTHING possible to try to bring the old unit back to life but in the end we all agreed that it was time for a replacement.  The entire process was quick and painless.
