They came in, gave us a solid estimate on a big project and estimated how much more efficient our house would be. When the work was done -- A+ on the job, by the way -- they beat their marks. Honest, hard-working, personable people. Everyone in the office is great and very eager to help. The techs, especially Tom, are wonderful. They're always on time and get straight to work.I had no heat for 2 weeks - long (boring) story stemming from a custom furnace and a discontinued part - Albers got straight to work tracking down a virtually non-existant part for us. They honored their quote even when they ended up having to overnight an additional module and make an extra visit to my home. Highly recommended! These are the people to call!

In a word, phenomenal. What an incredible difference. The insulation seemed to have made a huge difference over the winter. As we entered the summer, the mini splits really shined. Down stairs is very comfortable even on the really hot days we have had lately and also extremely quiet. The third floor is where there is even more of a dramatic difference. A completely cool and comfortable room even on the 90 degree days Wow, we are really pleased!

Best service company in the area, hands down. I recommend them to all of my clients. They came to my rescue this morning - no heat, 5 degrees outside, house getting cold fast, I have a 1 month old baby and a 3 year old... They had my heat back on by 9:45am! You can always count on them!

Hi Bill, I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that the team that was here all week did a great job! It was really great that after everything was complete Guy walked me through what was done and gave me details about the impact the project should make. I could actually see and feel the effects of their work. He even adjusted things that weren't even on the original work order like the heating vent and the settings on the air flow. The pictures he took of the work were great to see especially after you showed us the before pictures. Thanks again!

The two installation experts are Joe Girouard, Jr. and Mitchell Girouard. I was greatly impressed, and most favorably so, with the high degree of professionalism and know-how shown by the two men who did the job from start to finish. They did such an outstanding job in every way that I wanted to let you know. The system is beautifully constructed and installed. Every detail seems done perfectly. The system works perfectly. The two men worked diligently and with a high degree of knowledge to do such a good job. They even cleaned up as they went, and were considerate about turning off the lights when not needed. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with everything that Alber did for us. Alber made this one of the best home projects that we've ever experienced. Starting with my first contact with Alber to get the old A/C unit removed, every part of the service was exceptional. You, along with all of you guys, were a pleasure to work with. I appreciate your efforts and everything that you did to solve our problems. The installation crew was great. They did a terrific job and made the entire process go very smoothly. Everybody did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. All of the coordination by your office staff was top notch and as a result everything fell into place. Today, i went online to take care of the warranty registration requirement. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when Amana told me that Alber had already done that for me too. Even Cisco, the duct cleaner, was a treat. He was a great guy and a real character to have at our house. Obviously, we haven't had a lot of extreme weather. One night it did go down to 39 and the heater had a chance to run a bit. And one day the temperature went up to 93 and we had a chance to try the A/C. I can tell you that the improvement in the way the system functioned was immediately apparent. The combination of new equipment and the improvements to the house that you suggested look like they exactly what was needed. I'm pretty confident that the combined efforts of everyone involved is going to make our lives much more comfortable. Had Alber out today to service my heat.  They were able to do same day. The person in the office was very nice.  She explained the costs and what to expect going forward.  Jon was the technician.  He was friendly and communicated well.  They need a part and will call back when it arrives in a couple days, but got heat going on the short term!  They did exactly what they said.  I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.
