We're proud of the fact that homeowners trust us to keep their old systems running until they can afford to replace them. Our client had a service agreement on his 30-year old furnace and 15-year old water heater so we came out twice a year to keep it all clean and reliable. But 30 years is a long time for a furnace and 15-years is a long time for a water heater. So this year he wisely decided to replace the furnace and water heater (we'd done the AC system previously). We installed an 80% efficient Amana 2-stage, variable speed furnace that changes the amount of heat it delivers based on how cold it is outside. The water heater was replaced with a standard Bradford-White 40-gallon tank - a tried and true unit. The furnace heat exchanger has a lifetime warranty (it's made of stainless steel) and the water heater tank is warranted for 10-years. We'll also cover all labor required for repairs for 10-years. It's a beautiful installation!
