Air Conditioning Photo Album: Ductless Heat Pump Solves Comfort Problems in Medford, NJ

These clients were unhappy with the comfort in the family room and loft. It was too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The cathedral ceilings created an open, beautiful space but just couldn't stay comfortable. Alber Service Company installed a 23 SEER Bryant ductless system to solve the problem. One unit in the family room controls comfort downstairs while a second provides comfort upstairs. After installation the clients report a comfortable family room and loft for the first time ever! They also commented on how quiet the ductless system operates and how efficient it is. They hardly see a difference in their utility bill sonce turning it on. This system qualified for a $500 Warm Advantage rebate from NJ.

23 SEER Bryant Heat Pump

This single outdoor unit is connected to two indoor units. It provides really efficient cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Each indoor unit operates as an independent heating/cooling zone. They don't have to run at the same time.

Bryant High Wall Indoor Unit

This unit connects to the outdoor unit via pipes and wires that run through the wall in back of the unit. Neat and clean! A handheld remote control turns the system on/off and controls the temperature setting. These are really quiet as well as comfortable.

Bryant Floor Mount Indoor Unit

This unit was installed in the loft area since there were no high walls (see next photo). These units work great on third floors or Cape Cod style homes that have short "knee walls" upstairs. A separate hand held remote controls this unit.
