Air Conditioning Photo Album: Commercial Air Conditioning Installation in Cinnaminson, NJ
This commercial client had a real emergency. His office was heated and cooled by a packaged rooftop unit that sat on his flat roof. The unit used natural gas for heat and electricity for cooling. The system was at the end of its life and had developed a large refrigerant leak that would have cost thousands of dollars to repair. Of course it was 95 degrees outside when this happened!
We lifted the old unit off the roof with a crane and dropped a new Rheem packaged rooftop in its place. The air conditioning was back on within 3-hours of arriving on the jobsite and business could continue uninterrupted.
Crane Lifting Packaged Rooftop System
This unit includes a gas furnace and central air conditioner all packed into one box. A crane is needed to lift this heavy machine 20-feet off the ground and place it on roof curb.

How do you get fresh air into a commercial space when there are no operable windows? We installed a fresh air hood (bottom right of unit) to allow a measured amount of fresh air to always be entering the offices when they are occupied.
