Overall good experience. My only negative was the time taken to do project, especially when I was quoted a much shorter time originally. I want to get A/C done but need to wait until summer when my wife is done school. If she wasn't a teacher, we'd have to wait probably another year for the time off to do work. My recommendation is to have larger install teams so the work can go quicker. 8 days is a lot to ask someone to have off. If it wasn't during Christmas break, which took care of half the days, there is no way we could have done it.
Our Overall Service
Satisfaction was good. Staff was all very polite and friendly and I can already tell the difference after the work was performed.

Our Office Staff
Laurie was particularly helpful with scheduling and very accommodating. Especially when my wife was flip-flopping on dates. She was very understanding and helpful.
Sales Process
Salesperson was good and not "too salesy" which I appreciate more than anything. However he grossly underestimated the time it would take which made it very difficult to take days off of work to be there. He said it would take 3-5 and it took 8 days.
Our Installation Crew
Installation crew was very good, friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home. Showed up between 8-9 each day. Chris was fantastic in communicating any issues throughout and keeping us up to date on progress.
The Cleanup Process
Found a few items throughout house, a pair of safety goggles, a few used face masks in house and yard, a hammer, etc. Carpet in attic had some sealant on it but overall good clean up.

I got an estimate from Alber because my company uses their services. I got 5 different estimates for my project and Alber was not the cheapest but was close. They were the only ones who offered the state-sponsored efficiency package. I also won't use any company that tries hard sales tactics.our service area
